Kitchen Cabinet Distributors, LLC (KCD) is a wholesale kitchen cabinet distributor. Authorized dealers place orders in the KCD dealer portal at kcdus.com. That portal requires a dealer login.
KCD Order Updates is an optional text program for shipment notices, tracking links, delivery confirmations, and delay updates. KCD does not send marketing texts through this program.
Where consent is collected. Consent is collected on the dealer-portal checkout page, after the dealer signs in. The public website does not have a checkout opt-in. Texting a keyword does not opt anyone in. START, YES, and UNSTOP are used only to resubscribe after STOP.
What the checkout screen shows. The checkout page includes:
- A mobile number field labeled “Receive SMS Order Updates.”
- A separate checkbox that is unchecked when the page loads.
- This text beside the checkbox:

The dealer must check the box. Leaving it unchecked means KCD will not send order texts to that number. The box is not required to complete the order. After a checked enrollment is submitted, KCD sends a confirmation text.

The screenshot has to be an image on that page, not a link to a file that requires a login. It needs to show the checkbox empty. Resubmit the campaign only after all three URLs open in a private browser window: the updated privacy policy, /sms-terms/, and /sms-opt-in/ with the image visible.
