These SMS Terms apply to the KCD Order Updates text-message program operated by Kitchen Cabinet Distributors, LLC (“KCD,” “we,” “us”). The program sends informational order and delivery messages to dealers who opt in. It does not send marketing messages.
Program. Messages may include shipment notices, tracking links, delivery confirmations, and updates about delays or issues with an order. Message frequency varies based on your orders.
How you opt in. Opt-in happens only in the KCD dealer portal during checkout. You enter a mobile number and check an unchecked box agreeing to receive these messages. Entering a mobile number alone does not opt you in. Checking the box is not required to place an order. You will receive a text confirming your enrollment.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Check with your wireless carrier for details about your text and data plan.
Consent. Your consent to receive messages is not a condition of purchase.
Opt out. Reply STOP to cancel. You will receive one confirmation text, and no further messages will be sent. For your convenience, CANCEL, QUIT, OPTOUT, UNSUBSCRIBE, STOPALL, REVOKE, and END are also treated as opt-out requests.
Help. Reply HELP for help. You can also email customercare@kcdus.com or call 1-833-229-0009.
Resubscribe. After you opt out, reply START to opt in again. YES and UNSTOP are also accepted.
Privacy. We do not share your mobile number or messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. See our Privacy Policy at https://www.kcdus.com/privacy-policy/.
Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your number. Before you change or transfer your mobile number, reply STOP from that number or email the old number to customercare@kcdus.com.
Changes. We may change or end this program, or update these SMS Terms, at any time. Updates will be posted on this page.
